1. Scope
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website www.arkanumjewellery.com (the “Website”) and all sales contracts concluded between Arkanum Jewellery (“We”, “Our”, the “Seller”) and any person purchasing products via the Website or in our showroom (the “Client”).
1.2. By placing an order, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these Terms.
1.3. These Terms shall prevail over any other Client document unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.
2. Definitions
2.1. Standard Product: jewellery pieces offered as presented, not modified, not engraved, not custom-made.
2.2. Customized / Bespoke / Engraved Product: any piece designed, engraved, modified, or manufactured according to the Client’s specifications (special size, engraving, specific gemstone selection, etc.).
2.3. Proof of Purchase: original invoice or receipt issued by Arkanum Jewellery.
2.4. Financial Threshold: any purchase whose total value exceeds £25,000 (British pounds sterling).
3. Prices, Payment & Contract Formation
3.1. All prices are indicated in British pounds sterling (£), or converted equivalent if displayed in another currency. Full payment is required before dispatch or delivery, unless expressly agreed otherwise (e.g. bespoke orders).
3.2. Accepted payment methods: recognised credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other means as indicated on the Website or in-store.
3.3. The contract is deemed formed once the Client validates the order, completes payment, and receives written or electronic confirmation from Arkanum Jewellery.
4. Delivery, Transfer of Risk & Insurance
4.1. Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Client within the estimated timeframe provided at the time of order.
4.2. Risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the Client upon delivery (signature of delivery note or equivalent proof of delivery).
4.3. The Client must visually inspect the parcel upon delivery and immediately notify both the carrier and Arkanum Jewellery of any apparent damage.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
5.1. General Principle — Final Sale

Any purchase with a total value exceeding £25,000 is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of a proven manufacturing defect or material non-conformity.

All customized, engraved, or bespoke products are also considered final sale: non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, except in cases of defect or non-conformity.
5.2. Standard Products ≤ £25,000

For standard products priced at or below £25,000, the Client has 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

The request must be made via email to contact@arkanumjewellery.com, including:

Order number.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Clear photos of the product as received.

A description of the reason for return.

5.3. Condition of Returned Product

Returned products must be in original, saleable condition: unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and accompanied by all original certificates, packaging, accessories, and tags.

If a product is returned and found not to be intact, no refund or exchange will be granted.
5.4. Return Costs

All costs related to returns, including transport, insurance, and customs duties (if applicable), are borne by the Client, unless the return is accepted on the basis of a confirmed defect or non-conformity.
5.5. Defect or Non-Conformity

If a product presents a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to its description, the Client must notify Arkanum Jewellery within 7 business days of receipt.

Upon inspection and confirmation of the defect, Arkanum Jewellery will offer repair or replacement.

A refund will only be considered if neither repair nor replacement is reasonably possible.
5.6. Processing Time

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, any accepted exchange or refund will be processed within 10 business days.
6. Warranty
6.1. All products are covered against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of delivery.
6.2. The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Improper use.

Damage caused by unauthorised third-party repairs or modifications.

Loss of gemstones due to misuse or negligence.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, photographs, texts, logos, and creations displayed on the Website are the exclusive property of Arkanum Jewellery.
Any reproduction, use, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10.1. Arkanum Jewellery shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
11.1. These Terms are governed exclusively by English law.
11.2. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. General Principle – Final Sale

All purchases exceeding £25,000 (twenty-five thousand pounds sterling) are considered final sale: they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defect or material non-conformity.

All customised, engraved, modified or bespoke products are also final sale, regardless of their value.
2. Standard Products (≤ £25,000)
For standard products valued at or below £25,000, the Client may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The request must be made within 14 calendar days of delivery.

The order number.

Original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Clear photographs of the product in its current state.

The reason for return or exchange.

3. Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in their original, saleable condition: unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and accompanied by all original certificates, packaging, tags and accessories.

If a product is returned in an incomplete, altered, or damaged condition, no refund or exchange will be granted.

In the rare event that a product presents a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the agreed description, the Client must notify Arkanum Jewellery within 7 business days of receipt.

After inspection and confirmation, Arkanum Jewellery will provide, at its discretion:

A refund will only be considered if neither repair nor replacement is reasonably possible.
6. Processing of Returns

Once an authorised return is received and inspected, any approved exchange or refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds, if applicable, will be made using the same method of payment originally used for the purchase.
